TLD Law is proud to announce that Joshua Nuzzo has joined TLD’s Irvine office as a business and civil litigation attorney. Joshua brings with him a wealth of experience in both state and federal courts, and he specializes in representing clients in a wide range of complex disputes. His practice covers business torts, contract disagreements, premises liability, general negligence, and catastrophic injury cases.
Joshua has represented an impressive array of clients, including commercial landlords, grocery stores, ski resorts, apartment complexes, public housing, government entities, and federally licensed transportation carriers. His defense work has involved major automobile and trucking accidents, as well as significant premises liability and governmental entity cases.
A graduate of Loyola Law School, Joshua earned his JD in 2020 after completing his undergraduate studies at Chapman University, where he graduated cum laude with a BA in Political Science and Philosophy. During law school, he gained invaluable experience managing the business and legal affairs department for a top-twenty independent music publishing company, overseeing rights exploitation for over 50,000 works, including major national campaigns and televised events.
In addition to his impressive legal background, Joshua is committed to giving back to the community. He has volunteered with the Constitutional Rights Foundation of Orange County, working with Mock Trials to inspire future generations of legal professionals.
