Diversity and inclusion are not just about gender nor are they about hitting numbers and percentages. D & I enactment includes attention to ethnicity, culture, age, disabilities, and the LGBTQ community without a predisposition for or against any of these groups of individuals. TLD Law Is a Model for Diversity & Inclusion
— The National Association of Minority and Women Owned Law Firms (NAMWOLF) is a network of the most outstanding law firms in the country. This organization invites less than 1% of law firms nationwide to become members of its network, and in 2018, our women-and-minority-owned law firm was included in this prestigious group.
We became members of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), which is the largest certifier of women-owned businesses in the U.S., and a leading advocate for women business owners and entrepreneurs. The organization promotes diversity and inclusion, rewards innovation, opens doors, and creates partnerships that fuel the economy. WBENC sets a trusted certification standard for women-owned businesses and provides the tools to help them succeed.
In addition, TLD has committed to the Los Angeles County Bar Association Diversity Pledge.
