Xavia Gamboa, Associate

Xavia Gamboa is a distinguished attorney at TLD Law’s Irvine office, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise, particularly in general business litigation, real estate disputes, and ADA defense litigation. Her comprehensive practice involves representing business entities and individuals in both state and federal courts, addressing complex legal challenges like breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, misappropriation of trade secrets, fraud, and ADA compliance, all while maintaining a commitment to continuous growth, learning, and the highest standards of legal practice.

Before joining TLD Law, Xavia served as an Associate and chief of Staff at a boutique law firm in Newport Beach, California, where she honed her skills in liability, defense, teamwork, advising clients, client relations, and multitasking. Her previous experience also includes positions at two other notable California-based law firms. In these roles, she further developed her legal skills and gained valuable experience in various aspects of litigation and client representation.

Her diverse legal background includes serving as a Child Visitation/Custody Mediator, where she effectively facilitated mediations and drafted court-approved agreements. Her dedication to children and families was also evident in her work as a Student Attorney at a Children’s Rights and Family Law Clinic, representing clients in domestic violence, child custody, and immigration status cases.

Her commitment to the legal field is further demonstrated through her roles in immigration and bankruptcy law, where she was responsible for composing legal memos, preparing applications, and providing comprehensive support to clients navigating complex legal landscapes.

Xavia earned her Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law in Syracuse, NY, in May 2019. She completed her undergraduate education at Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA, graduating in May 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in International Studies, specializing in International Management and minoring in Italian. During her undergraduate years, she was an active member of the Italian Honor Society, participated in a study abroad program in Florence, Italy, and was a member of the Alpha Phi Sorority.
