TLD’s Brooke Pollard Assists Urbana Development, LLC Break Ground on Long Beach Medical Office Development

Tredway Lumsdaine & Doyle is proud to work with Urbana Development, LLC and recognize its contribution to the local Long Beach community.  TLD associate, Brooke Pollard assisted Urbana Development with the negotiation and development of 5 acres of land located in the new Douglas Park area of Long Beach.  This property is being developed by Urbana Development into two medical office buildings, 38,000 square feet and 52,000 square feet, respectively. Urbana Development broke ground on these developments on March 15, 2014.

Urbana Development is also in the process of developing a 40,000 square foot office building, in accordance with California Green Building Standards Code and LEED Silver Standard, in the Douglas Park Center.  Construction is slated to begin next year. TLD associate, Brooke Pollard also negotiated the land purchase with  Irvine-based Sares-Regis, and the building purchase agreement with the eventual owner, Metropolitan Stevedore Company.

These projects will bring revenue and jobs to the Long Beach area.  These projects also reflect Urbana Development’s strong commitment to the environment and green initiatives.
