Lauren Doyle – Newly Elected Secretary/Treasurer for the OCBA Corporate Section

Congratulations to Lauren Doyle, Esq. of TLD Law on being elected as the Orange County Bar Association‘s new Secretary/Treasurer for the Corporate Law Section for 2020-2021. Following her term as Secretary/Treasurer, Lauren will serve as the Chair-Elect in 2021-2022, and the Chair of the Committee in 2022-2023.

In addition to being involved in the Corporate Law Section of the Orange County Bar Association, Lauren is also involved in the Mommy Esquire committee. Mommy Esquire is open to OCBA lawyers with children with the goal of promoting fellowship, education, and networking. The committee hosts monthly lunchtime events for its members, and other social and professional events throughout the year.

Lauren Doyle is an associate at TLD Law where her practice is focused on corporate counseling, mergers and acquisitions, business succession planning, and estate and tax planning. Lauren works in TLD Law’s Irvine office, and provides legal services to individuals and business clients throughout the Los Angeles and Orange County areas.
