Joshua Nuzzo is a business and civil litigation attorney at TLD Law, bringing with him substantial experience in both state and federal courts. His litigation experience includes representing businesses and individuals in complex disputes, including contract disagreements, business torts, premises liability, general negligence, and catastrophic injury cases.
Joshua has an extensive background in premises liability, automobile and trucking accidents, governmental entity defense, and more. His diverse client base includes commercial landlords, grocery stores, ski resorts, public housing, apartment complexes, and government entities. He has also defended federally licensed transportation carriers in major accident and catastrophic injury cases.
Joshua earned his BA in Political Science and Philosophy, Cum Laude, from Chapman University and received his JD from Loyola Law School in 2020. While in law school, he managed the business and legal affairs department of a top twenty independent music publishing company, overseeing rights exploitation and copyright disputes for over 50,000 works. His contributions included major projects such as blockbuster films, national advertising campaigns, and televised sporting events.
In addition to his legal work, Josh is passionate about community service. He has volunteered with the Constitutional Rights Foundation of Orange County, assisting with Mock Trials to help inspire the next generation of legal professionals.
