Connor Inlow is an attorney at TLD Law’s Long Beach office, where he has established himself as an integral part within the firm’s transactional law division. Mr. Inlow has been instrumental in a multitude of high-value real estate transactions, representing both buyers and sellers, across several states, including counties across California, Nevada, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Texas, and Illinois. His practice has ranged from advising family-owned companies in multimillion-dollar property sales to structuring complex acquisitions for real estate investment trusts.
Mr. Inlow’s legal acumen has been particularly evident in his contributions to cases involving large portfolio management for trusts and corporate entities, reflecting a high degree of trust and responsibility placed upon him by the firm’s clients. His adeptness at navigating transactional intricacies is further showcased by his work with clients in the food service industry and manufacturing sector, where he has facilitated both the purchase and sale of valuable commercial properties.
In addition to his real estate transactions, Mr. Inlow has continued to leverage his proficiency in corporate compliance, commercial lease drafting and review, lower-middle market mergers and acquisitions, and facilitating the buyouts of members, partners, and shareholders from various entities. His litigation background in probate and real estate remains an asset to clients, with his insight proving critical in the planning, managing, and litigation aspects of estate management.
Since his admission to the California Bar in 2022, Mr. Inlow’s capacity to manage complex legal matters has grown exponentially. His academic foundation from the University of Southern California and Loyola Law School, alongside his M.B.A. from Loyola Marymount University, has provided him with a holistic understanding of the business implications inherent in legal decision-making and the legal implications inherent in business decision-making, an understanding he applies to the benefit of TLD Law’s diverse clientele.
While in college, Mr. Inlow served as a legal intern at the Victims Impact Program (VIP) in the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office, where he honed his legal research and writing skills. In this role he also examined large quantities of evidence before briefing prosecutors.
Mr. Inlow obtained his B.A. in Communication Policy and Law, cum laude, at the University of Southern California. A USC NCAA Division I athlete for four years, he was Team Captain of the volleyball team and a Committee Member of the USC Volleyball Community Outreach organization. During this time Mr. Inlow also served as the Executive Board Member of the Trojan Athletic Senate. In 2016, 2017, and 2018, he received the David Mark’s Scholar-Athlete Award, and upon graduation, he was named a Steven’s Scholar.
While attending LMU Loyola Law School with a concentration in Corporate Law and a dual degree M.B.A., he served as a member of the Business Law Society, maintained employment as a law clerk, and graduated with 3.61 and 3.90 cumulative GPAs, respectively. He excelled in Income Taxation, where he received First Honors, the highest grade in the class.
