At TLD Law, we are proud of our 60-plus year history. Our founding partner Harold Tredway established TLD Law as a small local law firm in Downey, California. Since the outset TLD Law has been dedicated to seeking justice for its clients with passion and integrity. From its humble beginnings TLD Law has grown into a dynamic regional law firm serving clients throughout Southern California from offices in Irvine, Long Beach, Beverly Hills and Downey. Here is a listing of the firm’s major milestones over the years.
January 1961: TLD Law established by Harold Tredway in Downey
January 1963: Brian Brandmeyer joins the firm – Tredway & Brandmeyer
January 1975: Robert Brazelton and John Torribio join the firm
January 1981: Joseph Lumsdaine becomes partner
December 1984: Harold Tredway retires
December 1984: John Torribio becomes a Superior Court Commissioner
January 1987: The firm opens its Orange County office at 2010 Main St, Irvine
January 1988: Mark Doyle becomes partner
December 1989: Robert Brazelton retires
January 1993: The firm acquires the law firm of Solton, Jacobs & Castagno
January 1995: Brian Brandmeyer leaves the firm
February 1995: The firm is renamed Tredway, Lumsdaine and Doyle
March 1996: The firm becomes Tredway, Lumsdaine & Doyle, LLP
April 1997: 1st ARC Walk for Independence (Sponsor for all ARC Walk’s following)
January 2001: The firm opens its Long Beach office
January 2002: Daniel Gold becomes partner
January 2006: Roy Jimenez becomes partner
January 2007: Shannon Jenkins becomes partner
May 2007: The firm is Awarded U.S. Chamber of Commerce Small Business
of the Year (Western Region) in Washington D.C. by President
George W. Bush
December 2010: Monica Goel becomes partner
January 2011: The firm celebrates its 50th Anniversary
January 2012: The firm opens its Beverly Hills office
January 2015: Jennifer Sawday becomes partner
January 2015: Jennifer Lumsdaine becomes partner
January 2017: Brooke Pollard becomes partner
January 2017: The firm becomes a majority women owned law firm
May 2017: The firm adds name “TLD Law”
January 2021: TLD Law celebrates its 60 Year Anniversary by supporting four local charities with donations, volunteer efforts, and fundraising events.
January 2024: Lauren Doyle and Brandon Fieldsted become partner
