Jillian LeMaster-Dwyer is an associate attorney at TLD Law, where she focuses her practice on litigation. She brings a strong background in trial advocacy, complex case strategy, and client representation.
Before joining TLD Law, Jillian served as an attorney at the IRS Office of Chief Counsel in Orange County, where she led the investigation and litigation of multimillion-dollar tax disputes involving high-net-worth individuals. She has extensive experience drafting legal memoranda, managing discovery, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in mediation and administrative proceedings.
Jillian earned her J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where she ranked in the top 20% of her class. She was an award-winning moot court competitor, earning multiple accolades for her advocacy skills, including First Place and Best Advocate in the National Moot Court Competition. She also served as Chief Justice of the Scott Moot Court Honors Board.
Prior to law school, Jillian obtained her B.S. in Mathematics with a specialization in Applied and Computational Mathematics from the University of California, Irvine. She also worked as an academic counselor, advising students on complex academic and disciplinary matters.
Jillian is admitted to practice in California and before the United States Tax Court.
