On Tuesday, December 9th, 2014 TLD’s Healthcare Chair and Partner Matthew Kinley spoke to the Orange County Medical Association (OCMA) about how to Enhance Your Practice with Employee Performance and Customer Service. Mr. Kinley spoke alongside Kathleen Stillwell from The Doctors Company and Irene Doti from Practice Builders.
With 85 people in attendance, the audience included Physicians of all specialty practice areas and their staff. The seminar addressed the important role of employee performance and patient satisfaction in the success of your medical practice. Attendees were offered strategies for monitoring, managing and evaluating performance of office staff. Along with examples for methods to enhance customer service and patient satisfaction.
