Brooke Pollard joined TLD Law as a law clerk in May 2006 and has become a trusted leader in the firm’s Irvine office. As a partner, Brooke focuses on mergers and acquisitions of closely held businesses, real estate law, entity use in estate planning, and advanced tax strategies. In 2025, she earned her LLM in Taxation from Loyola Law School, solidifying her expertise in tax law and positioning herself as a resource for clients seeking sophisticated tax planning solutions.
Brooke brings a wealth of experience to her practice, handling all aspects of stock and asset purchases, including letters of intent, due diligence, purchase agreement preparation and review, closings, and earn-out strategies.
