Limited Liability Company (LLC) Formation

Our flat-fee service for single-member LLCs includes:

Filing of Articles of Organization
Preparation of an Operating Agreement
Preparation of initial minutes for members
Preparation of unit certificates
Filing of a Statement of Information
Obtaining a taxpayer identification number
Transfer of real property from the client to the newly formed LLC (if applicable)

Flat fee applies only to single-member ownership and California entities.

Corporation Formation

For California corporations, our flat-fee service includes:

Preparation of initial minutes for directors
Preparation of stock certificates
