Biography
Steven Moore is an associate at TLD Law, where his practice encompasses both litigation and transactional law, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, business disputes, and trust and estate (probate) litigation. Moore is dedicated to delivering tailored legal solutions for corporate clients, closely held businesses, and individuals navigating complex legal matters.
Mr. Moore has significant experience in corporate governance, having contributed to drafting formation documents, attending board meetings, and facilitating due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. His transactional expertise is complemented by his litigation work, which includes drafting motions, preparing discovery, and assisting with estate tax filings.
Prior to joining TLD Law, Mr. Moore honed his skills as a summer associate at the firm, gaining hands-on experience in litigation strategy and corporate transactions. His legal training also includes internships with respected organizations, such as Land Advisors Organization and Snell & Wilmer LLP, where he supported operations in intellectual property and business law.
A graduate of the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, Mr. Moore served as a staff writer for the prestigious USC Gould Business Law Digest Journal. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Civic & Economic Thought and Leadership, cum laude, from Arizona State University, along with a certificate in Applied Business Data Analytics.
