TLD Law Welcomes David Gharibian and Brennan O’Boyle

TLD Law proudly announces the addition of our two newest Associates, David Gharibian and Brennan T. O’Boyle, both of whom previously served as TLD Law Clerks while completing their legal studies. Our firm has been honored to mentor them, support them through bar preparation, and witness their transformation into practicing attorneys.

David Gharibian – Associate, Long Beach 

David joins TLD Law as both a transactional and litigation associate with a focus on trust and estates and business disputes. Having worked first as a summer associate and later as a law clerk, David has already drafted a wide range of legal documents, conducted detailed legal research, and analyzed complex agreements in probate, corporate, real estate, and employment matters.

David earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where he completed a Graduate Certificate in Business Law. He studied an extensive range of corporate and commercial topics, including transactional practice, due diligence, taxation, secured transactions, and negotiation.

He graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, Irvine with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.

David is admitted to practice law in the State of California.

Brennan T. O’Boyle – Associate, Irvine

Brennan joins TLD Law after serving as a Law Clerk, where he drafted complaints, discovery, motions, and transactional agreements, and assisted on corporate reviews and litigation matters involving employment, probate, and business disputes.

Brennan earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, graduating in the top 25% of his class. He served as Chief Symposia Editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review and previously as a Staff Editor, publishing scholarship on First Amendment issues related to medical speech. He was also awarded a Business Law Fellowship.

Before law school, Brennan worked in finance and operations at investment firms, gaining experience in securities trading, portfolio support, IT management, operational strategy, and client service. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management with concentrations in Finance and Information Systems from Boston College.

David and Brennan reflect TLD Law’s commitment to cultivating future attorneys through hands-on training, professional guidance, and meaningful client work.
