Southern California Super Lawyers® has published its 2022 list of Rising Star attorneys in the region, and TLD Law senior associate Lauren M. Doyle and associate Megan A. Moghtaderi have been selected. Southern California Super Lawyers® publishes its guide to the“best of the best†in all of Southern California. While up to five percent of the lawyers in the state are named to Super Lawyers, no more than 2.5 percent are named to the Rising Stars list.
According to the State Bar of California, the area including Los Angeles, Ventura, Orange, San Bernardino, and Riverside counties is home to over 100,000 practicing attorneys. Every year, Super Lawyers® utilizes their editors and research teams, as well as the recommendations of attorneys in good standing to highlight outstanding lawyers who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.
The selection process includes independent research, peer nominations and peer evaluations. The annual selections are made using a patented multiphase process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, an independent research evaluation of candidates, and peer reviews by practice area.
Ms. Doyle is a second-generation business and estate planning attorney at TLD Law, where for the last ten years her practice has been focused on corporate counseling, business succession planning, and estate and tax planning. Ms. Doyle helps families and business owners take control of their business and legacy by putting together comprehensive estate and business succession plans. She helps clients save millions in taxes, stay out of court, maintain family dynamics, and assure that their estate and business legacy carries forward to the next generation. This marks the second consecutive year she has been selected as a Super Lawyers® Rising Star. In addition to Super Lawyers®, Ms. Doyle was named a 40 – Under – 40 Business Leader and was recognized as a Woman of Influence by the Greater Irvine Chamber of Commerce, she was also nominated by the Orange County Business Journal for the 2020 Women in Business Award.
Ms. Moghtaderi’s practice includes estate planning for generational wealth, fiduciary representation, trust and estate administration, inheritance litigation, probate, conservatorships, and elder law. She works with clients’ certified public accountants, financial planners, and other service providers to provide holistic solutions to clients’ needs and has advised high net worth individuals and families in estate planning and trust litigation involving over $100 million in assets. Ms. Moghtaderi has been given the rating of “AV Preeminent®†by Martindale-Hubbell for the highest level of professional excellence for her legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards and was also named a “Silver Client Champion†by Martindale-Hubbell for her legal acumen and superior client service.
