LONG BEACH, CA – TLD Law Trust and Estates attorney Jennifer Sawday has been nominated by the Los Angeles Business Journal as a 2021 Leader in Law. The LABJ recognizes top legal leaders and their accomplishments within their organizations and communities.
Ms. Sawday will be featured in the November 15 edition of the LABJ and recognized during a virtual awards ceremony on November 17, followed by the November 22 edition profiling all the finalists and winners.
Earlier this fall Ms. Sawday was named among 2021 “Inspirational Women” by the Los Angeles Times for her noteworthy success and accomplishments during the last 24 months and positive impact on California businesses.

For over eighteen years Ms. Sawday has served a wide range of clients in all matters related to probate, trusts, estate planning — and related litigation. Her expertise and tenacity have allowed clients to see their court matters resolved as quickly as possible. Ms. Sawday also works with clients to handle trust administration and contested matters involving wills and trusts with the firm’s trial lawyers.
Ms. Sawday is a dedicated leader in her firm and her community, and has completed two terms as President of Women Lawyers of Long Beach. Following that, she was the President of the Estate Planning and Trust Council of Long Beach from 2014 to 2016. Ms. Sawday volunteers quarterly as a cook at the Long Beach Ronald McDonald House, is on the board for the Long Beach Community College Foundation, and also is very active in the Executives Association of Long Beach, an organization that has been in existence since 1922.
Ms. Sawday has been selected as a prestigious SuperLawyer and Rising Star by SuperLawyers, as featured in the Los Angeles County Magazine for many years including SuperLawyers in 2020 and 2021. Ms. Sawday has been consistently rated a 10.0 “Superb†attorney by the respected attorney rating organization, AVVO.
