“In my experience handling divorces involving more seasoned parties, there are situations where adult children or prior marriages raise concerns about their parents sudden marriages to caregivers; prompting concerns about elder abuse, and a need to terminate or nullify the marriage. Perhaps this law will stifle that possibility.”
