Biography
Jade D. Quintero is a Trust and Estate Attorney with TLD Law, serving clients from the firm’s Long Beach office throughout Los Angeles and Orange County. Her practice encompasses trust litigation, trust administration, estate planning, and related estate matters. Jade represents individuals and families in both contested and non-contested matters, combining strong courtroom advocacy with practical guidance. She also works closely with Spanish-speaking clients, helping them understand their rights, responsibilities, and options at every stage of the process.
Jade advises and represents clients in trust and estate matters, including trust litigation, trust administration, probate, conservatorships, and guardianships. She has extensive experience working with high-net-worth individuals and families whose estates include commercial real estate, closely held businesses, and multi-property rental portfolios. Whether guiding fiduciaries through complex administrations or representing beneficiaries in disputes, Jade provides clear, steady counsel while protecting her clients’ interests.
In addition to her litigation and administration work, Jade develops comprehensive estate plans tailored to young couples, senior couples, business owners, blended families, and individuals with special needs beneficiaries. Her background in fiduciary dispute resolution includes preparing complex probate and trust petitions and successfully resolving high-conflict matters through mediation, often preserving family relationships and protecting significant assets.
Before joining TLD Law, Jade practiced with a respected Southern California estate planning firm where she managed complex trust and estate administrations and litigation matters. Earlier in her career, she handled a broad range of litigation and administrative matters, sharpening her courtroom skills and strengthening her ability to advocate effectively for clients.
Jade earned her Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric from the University of California, Berkeley.
