Cicione brings to TLD Law over 30 years of experience which complements the firm’s already robust estate planning and business practice. “Joining TLD Law gives me the opportunity to continue to provide timely and ongoing advice to my current clients and to expand my ability with the support and extensive expertise of the TLD attorneys and staff to provide comprehensive legal representation to new clients in not only my specialized areas of practice,†said Douglas D. Mr. Cicione provides legal services to closely held businesses and highly compensated individuals in income, gift, estate, generation-skipping, property and other areas of federal and California taxation and planning. He prepares federal gift and estate tax returns for high net worth individuals and handles probates and complicated trust administrations. He assists in the formation and representation of corporations, LLCs, irrevocable trusts, public and private foundations. He provides tax planning for the purchase and sale of businesses and reorganizations as well as representing clients in federal and state tax audits and appeals.
