TLD Law Partner Brooke Pollard Named 2019 Super Lawyers Rising Star!

TLD Law partner Brooke Pollard has been named as a 2019 Southern California Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine under the practice area of closely held businesses. Brooke’s practice focuses mainly on mergers and acquisitions of closely-held businesses, real estate law, and entity use in estate planning. The primary focus for her business clients is on “preventive law practice,†which means preventing problems down the road reviewing all potential areas of legal concern prior to the business having problems.

Brooke has exceptional knowledge in the area of property taxes, property tax appeals, and claim-for-reassessment exclusions during transfer of real property into and out of legal entities. She processes and reviews commercial lease and purchasing agreements, and works with publicly traded companies needing local representations for lease and purchase negotiations for developed and undeveloped properties.
