Since joining the firm in 2014, Mr. Ramsey has built a reputation as a trusted advocate and steady presence in some of the firm’s most complex litigated matters. With more than fifteen years of legal experience, he brings seasoned perspective, strategic insight, and a client-centered approach to every case he handles.

Mr. Ramsey focuses his practice on probate litigation, representing clients in will contests, trust contests, breach of fiduciary duty claims, and contested conservatorships. He is widely respected for his probate litigation acumen and his ability to guide families through difficult disputes following the loss of a loved one. His practice is marked by a balance of tenacity and compassion, ensuring clients feel supported while their interests are vigorously protected. In addition to trust and estate litigation, Mr. Ramsey has extensive experience in business, contract, real estate, and personal injury litigation.

Throughout his tenure at TLD Law, Mr. Ramsey has successfully resolved matters through mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial, always remaining focused on achieving results that align with his clients’ goals and long-term interests. Before joining TLD Law, Mr. Ramsey earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Southern California and his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School, where he received the Judge Barry Russell Award for Outstanding Achievement in Federal Courts and Practice. His early legal career included clerkships with the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office, Long Beach Juvenile Division, where he adjudicated multiple cases to verdict. He later spent five years practicing personal injury law before bringing his litigation experience to TLD Law.

Equally important to Mr. Ramsey is his commitment to the Long Beach community, where he has lived since 2002. He served on the Board of East Long Beach Pony Baseball for approximately a decade, and regularly umpires for local youth baseball leagues.
