TLD Law is a mid-sized regional law firm with offices in Los Angeles and Orange counties. We are seeking a 3-5-year litigation associate to work out of either our Long Beach office or Irvine office handling a diverse litigation practice. Hybrid remote/ in-office work options are available following an initial training period. The main practice areas will include trust and probate litigation as well as general civil litigation such as business disputes, employment law, and real estate.
Candidate should have the experience to take a case from the drafting of an initial pleading through to completion of trial with strong client handling and advocacy skills, and extensive experience with discovery and law & motion. Candidate must be available to make court appearances in all superior courts in Los Angeles and Orange Counties including in civil departments and probate courts.
The candidate will support current associates and partners in TLD Law’s existing practice areas but also receive invaluable business development coaching and client-building opportunities.Â TLD Law looks for entrepreneurial attorneys who are interested in a potential partnership track and want the opportunity to ultimately develop their practice in the area(s) of law of their choice and for which they have built a client base.Â

Salary Range: $130,000 – $180,000
