Congratulations to our new partner Brooke M. Pollard

TLD LAW congratulates attorney Brooke M. Pollard on being accepted to the partnership. Brooke M. Pollard became a partner of the firm  effective 1/1/2017. She has been an attorney with TLD Law for 9 years, as well as one year as a law clerk during law school. Brooke focuses her practice on corporate transactional matters, working closely with business owners in a broad range of matters, from corporate formation and funding, lending document reviews, lease agreements, development agreements, contract review, partnership agreements, mergers, stock purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, dissolutions, and the like.

With the inclusion of Brooke into the partnership, the firm is now majority-female owned, for which it is quite proud!

Brooke current serves as Section Chair of the Orange County Bar Associations Business & Corporate Law Section. She is also a social chair  for her Provisors Group, and is on the planning committee for her upcoming  Capistrano Valley High School 20-year reunion.

When Brooke is not at the office, she is chasing after her 3-year-old twin boys, and making special meals for her husband, David.
