Cindy Boun is an associate attorney at TLD Law, LLP in the Irvine office. Since joining TLD as a law clerk in May 2018, Ms. Boun has gained experience in business, partnership disputes, real estate, employment, trust and probate matters, with a primary focus on litigation. Ms. Boun has further assisted with trial preparation, including significant document review, written discovery, document subpoenas and depositions.
Ms. Boun’s dream to become an attorney began in middle school, after her family’s small business encountered a legal issue but did not possess the knowledge or resources to protect themselves. Immediately after, Ms. Boun joined her middle school’s Mock Trial team and remained devoted to becoming an attorney. Today, Ms. Boun is dedicated to provide her clients with informed and cost-efficient solutions and is equally prepared to fight for her clients when the need arises.
Ms. Boun earned her J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 2019 in the Civil Litigation Concentration. While in law school, Ms. Boun also served as the Senior Production Editor for the Loyola of Los Angeles International and Comparative Law Journal and assisted with Loyola’s Collateral Consequences of Conviction Justice Project.
Prior to law school, Ms. Boun attended California State University, Fullerton and graduated with a dual degree in Criminal Justice and American Studies.
