Shannon Jenkins who heads up TLD Law’s employment law practice became certified with an SHRM California Law Specialty Credential this month. To earn the Certification she had to show knowledge in California law employment practices, wage and hour laws, California leaves of absences, California privacy, security, health and safety and California benefits. The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) which offers this credential is a professional human resources membership association. It promotes the role of HR as a profession and provides education, certification, and networking to its members. Congratulations to Shannon!
