Biography
Brennan O’Boyle is an Associate Attorney in TLD Law’s Irvine office and a member of the litigation department. His practice encompasses employment and business, supported by experience drafting complaints, motions, and discovery.
Before joining TLD Law as an attorney, Brennan developed a strong litigation foundation at a civil defense firm, where he drafted pleadings, conducted legal research, and summarized deposition testimony. His earlier career in financial services—managing multimillion-dollar portfolios, executing trades, and building operational systems—gives him a practical, business-forward approach to litigation strategy.
Brennan’s research and writing skills were further refined through his work as a research assistant to Professor Jonathan Harris. His commitment to legal scholarship is reflected in his published law review note, Freedom to Misinform: The First Amendment Victory Against California’s Medical Speech Law, completed during his service on the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review. While on the law review, Brennan also served as the Chief Symposia Editor and organized a conference on gender bias in the income tax.
He earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School in 2025. Brennan also holds a B.S. in Management from Boston College with concentrations in Finance and Information Systems, giving him a strong analytical foundation that informs his litigation work.
An Eagle Scout with extensive volunteer experience through the Boy Scouts of America and Habitat for Humanity, Brennan brings discipline, integrity, and a service-oriented mindset to every matter he handles. Outside of the office, he enjoys snowboarding, weightlifting, and spending time with his wife and two cats.
Brennan’s blend of litigation skill, business acumen, and practical problem-solving makes him a dedicated and effective advocate within TLD Law’s litigation team.
