Biography

David Gharibian is an associate in the Long Beach Office of TLD Law. He currently serves as both a transactional and litigation associate, with a focus on trust and estates and business disputes.

Prior to joining TLD Law, David worked as a summer associate at the firm, working on both transactional and litigation matters. During the summer after his first year of law school, David worked at a civil litigation firm with an emphasis on civil rights and business litigation.

David earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. While in law school, he earned a graduate certificate in Business Law – a program focused on corporate law, contracts, and taxation..

David graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, Irvine with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.

David is admitted to practice law in the State of California.
