TLD Law Welcomes Attorney Andrew Gurwell to the Irvine Office

TLD Law is proud to welcome Andrew “Drew” Gurwell as the newest attorney to join our team. Based in our Irvine office, Drew brings a wide-ranging legal background in employment litigation, general civil litigation, and corporate transactional matters, further enhancing TLD Law’s ability to provide dynamic, results-driven representation to clients throughout Southern California.

Drew’s practice focuses on supporting employers and business clients across a variety of industries. He offers strategic counsel through every stage of a legal matter—from pre-litigation advice and dispute resolution to corporate formation, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining TLD Law, Drew practiced at a boutique firm in Long Beach, where he spent four years advising on complex corporate transactions and litigation, including mergers, dissolutions, equity buyouts, and probate disputes. His strengths in law and motion work, discovery, and negotiation make him a valuable asset for clients navigating multifaceted legal challenges.

Drew earned his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School, where he was a member of the Honors Negotiations Team, and holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Philosophy from San Diego State University. He remains actively involved in the legal community, serving as Membership Chair on the Executive Committee of the Ball, Hunt, Schooley Inn of Court, and as a member of the Celtic Inn of Court in Newport Beach.
