Three Little Pigs

Once upon a time, there were three little pigs and the time came for them to leave home and seek their fortunes. Before they left, their mother told them, “Whatever you do, do the best that you can because that’s the way to get along in the world. Make me proud.”

The first little pig built his house out of straw because it was the cheapest thing to do and the easiest way to go. A house built of straw is like having no estate plan at all. So when the probate wolf came to the door, he had no protection and the big bad wolf took everything.

The second little pig built his house of sticks. That’s like writing a will, so it’s better than a house of straw, but it’s still not going to protect you from the probate wolf nor the tax wolf. The second little pig lost everything to the probate wolf and to big bad tax wolf.

The third little pig built his house of bricks. It was built solid with a dynasty trust that lasts for a hundred years. When the big bad probate wolf came after him, the wolf got nothing. When the tax wolf came he got nothing.

A dynasty trust is like a house of bricks because it eliminates the probate wolf and it eliminates the tax wolf. It protects the family against divorce, predators, creditors, in-laws, gigolos, and floozies. The dynasty trust keeps the family’s money in the bloodline for the next 100 years.

Avoid both the probate wolf and the tax wolf. Create your dynasty trust today. Call W. Bailey Smith, a certified estate tax planning specialist at (949) 833-8891.
