Biography
Andrew “Drew” Gurwell is an Associate Attorney at TLD Law, working out of the firm’s Irvine office. His practice spans employment litigation, general civil litigation, and corporate transactional matters. Drew represents employers and business clients across a wide range of industries, offering strategic guidance from pre-litigation counseling and dispute resolution to business formation, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance.
Before joining TLD Law, Drew honed his skills at a boutique law firm in Long Beach, where he spent four years advising clients on corporate transactions, litigation, and general counsel services. His work included handling mergers and dissolutions, equity buyouts, and contested probate matters. He has a strong foundation in law and motion practice, discovery, and settlement negotiations in complex civil disputes.
Drew earned his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School, where he was a member of the Honors Negotiations Team. He also holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Philosophy from San Diego State University. Committed to professional development and community engagement, Drew serves as Membership Chair on the Executive Committee of the Ball, Hunt, Schooley Inn of Court and is also a member of the Celtic Inn of Court in Newport Beach.
