Long Beach Trust and Estate Attorney Elizabeth M. Kircher Joins TLD Law

Elizabeth M. Kircher has joined TLD Law’s Long Beach legal team as an Associate. An accomplished attorney who is active within the legal community, Ms. Kircher dedicates her practice to solving issues involving probate, trusts, and estate planning.

LONG BEACH, CALIFORNIA – TLD Law is pleased to announce the addition of Elizabeth M. Kircher as an Associate in the Long Beach office. Her practice includes trust and estate litigation, probate, conservatorships, and estate planning. She seeks to guide her clients to make informed decisions, consistent with their individual requirements, in the most streamlined and efficient manner possible.

Ms. Kircher addresses her client’s needs and protects their legacies, providing them and their loved ones peace of mind. She focuses on accomplishing each client’s unique objectives, including preparing for the possibility of incapacity, enabling them to avoid expensive and timely court proceedings, such as probate and guardianships. When probate court or guardianship is appropriate and necessary, Ms. Kircher seeks to guide her clients to make informed decisions, consistent with their individual requirements, in the most streamlined and efficient manner possible.

Ms. Kircher obtained her Juris Doctorate in May 2016 from Western State College of Law in Irvine, California, where she received a full academic scholarship spanning 2014-2016, and where she was honored to be invited to the Dean’s Circle. In 2020 and 2021, she was first selected by Super Lawyers® as a Rising Star for Estate and Trust Litigation. Ms. Kircher is licensed to practice in California and Illinois.

Ms. Kircher is active in the community as a member of the Orange County Women Lawyers Association, the Orange County Bar Association, and the Western State College of Law Alumni. Ms. Kircher volunteers for and participates in various charitable walks and runs. For the last three years, she fund-raised and ran a 10k for Pediatric Cancer and Race for Rescues.
