TLD Partner, Shannon M. Jenkin’s Legal Victory

On June 8, 2012, Tredway Lumsdaine & Doyle LLP (TLD) Partner, Shannon M. Jenkins was able to convince an Orange County jury to award $225,000 in punitive damages against two individuals that same jury previously found committed fraud against TLD’s client. That punitive damage award was preceded by a trial occurring over two weeks culminating in a jury verdict of several hundred thousand dollars and various forms of equitable relief also in favor of TLD’s client.

Roy Jimenez Prevails After a Five Day Trial

Roy Jimenez, a partner at Tredway Lumsdaine & Doyle, LLP, prevails after a five day trial. The elderly clients were wrongfully sued for breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary and other causes of action. Jimenez was successful in impeaching the credibility of the plaintiff with rebuttal exhibits and the Plaintiff’s own witnesses.

The clients said they felt ten years younger after the judge ruled in their favor. They were very grateful to Jimenez and the TLD staff that worked so hard in their behalf.
